Valiant Laboratories Limited was founded in 1980. It is an active pharmaceutical ingredient (“API”) and bulk drug manufacturing company focused on the production of paracetamol. Bulk drugs/active pharmaceutical ingredients ("API") are used as raw materials for the production of finished dosage forms or formulations. Paracetamol (scientific name: acetaminophen or para-hydroxyacetanilide - C8H9NO2) is one of the most widely used analgesics in the world and is recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a first-line agent for pain conditions. Paracetamol is used to treat headaches, muscle pain, arthritis, back pain, toothache, colds and fever, among others.
Modern machinery and equipment are used in the production facility to ensure smooth operation. Within the manufacturing facility located in Tarapur Industrial Area, Palghar, Maharashtra, the Company also has its own R&D infrastructure (“R&D Facility”). The R&D Facility is equipped with an analytical laboratory and infrastructure for the development of existing products. The Company believes that its focus on R&D, regulatory compliance, quality systems and continuous process improvement has made us a long-standing supplier to its customers.
