We have developed projects that cater to middle and high income people. Our residential portfolio consists of various types of accommodation in different sizes. We have focused on developing luxurious yet affordable apartments in the residential segment. Our residential buildings are equipped with a variety of amenities such as security systems, sports and recreational facilities, playgrounds and electricity. At the time of writing this draft prospectus, all our projects are built or under construction on our own land.
