Within our BSS segment, we provide audit and assurance services through our subsidiary Matrix. According to the F&S Report, Matrix is a leading audit and assurance firm for dealer/distributor audits and retail audits, and its strong in-store and on-site presence has propelled it to the top spot in India with a 19.2% market share in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023.
Over the years, we have evolved into an integrated business services platform with a presence across India, serving clients across industries and business verticals.
