Shri Techtex Limited was established in the year 2011. This company is engaged in the production of nonwovens made of polypropylene (PP). The practical use of nonwovens is more ecological for certain applications, especially in areas and industries where disposable or single-use products are important, such as organic agriculture, hospitals, healthcare, nursing homes, home furnishings, vehicle upholstery, mattress and furniture covers, ecological packaging, and industrial and consumer products.
To expand its product portfolio, the company plans to add new products through this release: PP Tufted Fabric, commonly known as artificial grass, and PP multifilament yarns. The company is in the process of importing specialised machinery to produce the aforementioned new products, and expects both machines to be ready for commercial production by October 2023.
In its previous production activities, the company mainly supplied offshore customers. In the past three years, the company generated its revenue through exports to the U.S., Taiwan, Canada, Denmark and China. Recently, however, the company has been focusing more on the domestic market for the products we manufacture.
