Shree Karni Fabcom Limited is a company that was established in 2018. They specialize in the manufacturing of technical textiles that are customized for various industries such as luggage, medical footrests, chairs, footwear, and apparel. Their production process begins with yarn sourcing and includes weaving, coating, printing, and finishing to create knitted and woven fabrics that are made to customers' unique specifications. The company specializes in woven, knitted, and coated fabrics, as well as 100% polyester, and sources yarns, resins, acrylics, and coating chemicals for the production of special technical textiles. They focus on the knitting process to turn yarns into fabrics, while weaving, coating, sizing, and embossing of special technical textiles are outsourced to their subsidiary, IGK Technical Textile LLP.
The product applications are wide-ranging and include luggage, canopies, agricultural nets, vehicle covers, tents, fabrics for the armed forces, sports equipment, chairs, medical footrests, umbrellas and raincoats. The production unit is equipped with state-of-the-art, highly automated machinery for the production of specialized technical textiles with an installed capacity of 70,000 meters per day for weaving, 90,000 kilos per month for knitting, 50,000 meters per day for polyacrylic and polyurethane coating, 15,000 meters per day for PVC / 8,000 meters per day for EVA lamination and 40,000 meters per day for hot stamping.
The company currently has three production facilities, namely a knitting plant, a PVC/EVA lamination plant and a research and development department. The quality control and quality assurance team conducts various technical and manual tests to ensure that the products are not rejected and can be used by contract manufacturers of international brands.

The Company proposes to utilize the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards the following objects:
1. Funding the capital expenditure setting up a dyeing unit in Navsari District, Surat, Gujarat;
2. Funding the purchase of new machinery proposed to be installed at the new unit proposed to be set up for manufacturing bags in Palsana, Surat, Gujarat, with an intent to expand the product portfolio;
3. Funding working capital requirements of the company; and
4. General Corporate Purposes.
