Sharp Chucks And Machines Limited June 1994, They believe that they are one of the few integrated companies capable of manufacturing forged products, castings and machined components that have applications in a wide variety of industries, such as tractors, automobiles, material handling and earthmoving equipment, railroads, defense, machine tools, home improvement industries, etc. They manufacture these products in their Production Facilities (as defined below) to ensure compliance with international standards. The company believes that its production facilities have advanced technologies to design and manufacture products that meet the stringent quality control requirements of its customers.
The company manufactures forgings and castings for tractors and other motor vehicles, and also produces potheyr chucks, lathe chucks, drill chucks and other machine tool accessories. The manufactured products are widely used in tractor, automotive, material handling, earthmoving, railroad, defense, machine tool, home improvement industries, etc. The company also manufactures customized components as per customer specific requirements and purposes with a high degree of precision in terms of quality and time and provides personalized services to its strong customer base in India and overseas.
The company has the necessary tools to check the quality of raw materials and finished products and measure sizes and shapes to meet standards based on standardized dimensions and customer specifications. If raw materials purchased under purchase orders do not meet the standards required to manufacture the products, they are rejected and returned to the suppliers/vendors.
