Interiors and More Limited was founded in July 2012. The company is a manufacturer and retailer of high quality artificial flowers, plants and other decorative materials for the home and business. The company has its own production facility where it manufactures its products. It has been supplying companies of all sizes for over a decade. The company sources its raw materials from both the national and international markets. The company was founded in 2012 and initially began trading in artificial flowers, which it imported and sold on the domestic market. With time and increasing experience, the company began to adapt to the market and understand the needs of customers. Artificial flowers are mainly used for weddings, events, office and home decorations.
As a business strategy, the management decided to first develop a deep understanding of the artificial flower business by conducting only trading activities while preparing to set up its own production facility, which is a critical business decision. She wanted to expand her expertise on the various parameters and other ancillary activities of her business. Based on their initial market research and management analysis, they came to the conclusion that the overall success of their business would depend on various factors if they set up a manufacturing facility.
With their wide range of products, we can serve a broad spectrum of preferences and consumer segments. Their products are ready-to-use and are primarily targeted at homes, offices, wedding venues and other establishments such as shopping malls, banquet halls, etc. Their diversified product portfolio is therefore relatively less susceptible to changes in consumer preferences, market trends and risks associated with operating in a particular product segment.
