The company also offers a specialized load service that includes multiple pickups and deliveries. The company primarily serves transportation companies and industrial customers who need to move large quantities of their goods from one place to another within India.
The company operates its logistics business with a focus on the state of Gujarat. The company primarily serves transportation companies and also direct customers and thus a wide range of end customers from various industries such as metals, textiles, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), auto parts, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. The company does not enter into contracts with its customers.
The company operates on an "asset-light" model, i.e. it contracts third parties to provide the assets required for its operations, such as vehicles (customized and containerized).
