Flair Writing Industries Limited was established in 1986 and has an extensive range of products in various price categories catering to a wide spectrum of consumers such as students, businessmen and offices. The company manufactures and distributes writing instruments such as pens, stationery and calculators. Building on its production capacity and existing customer base in the writing and creative instruments sector, the company has also branched out into the manufacture of household goods and steel bottles.
The company manufactures and distributes several brands in India. The ability to manufacture quality products and the distribution and retail capabilities have enabled us to partner with various international brands in the writing instruments industry. The products are marketed under the brand "Flair", the main brands “Hauser” and “Pierre Cardin” and recently "ZOOX" was launched “in India. The “Flair” and “Hauser” brands offer mass and premium writing instruments, the "ZOOX" brand focuses on mid-range and high-end writing instruments and the “Pierre Cardin” brand offers premium writing instruments and stationery.
The product range comprises a variety of writing instruments (ballpoint pens, fountain pens, gel pens, rollerball pens and metal pens), which represent the largest category in terms of the number of products offered, as well as stationery (mechanical pencils, highlighters, correction pens, markers, gel crayons and writing sets for children) and calculators. In the 2021 financial year, the "Flair Creative" product range was launched, which includes watercolours, coloured pencils, sketch pens, erasers, wooden pencils and geometry boxes, fine-lead pencils, sharpeners and scales.

I like your website and information shared by it with its users.
However, I have one feedback. Many a times, I have noticed that the listings happen on higher prices but immediately institutional investors / promoters dump their stocks and price crashes. Many SME listings have seen this fate. Recently, for Flair Writing IPO, there was a lower circuit of 10% for two consecutive days. However, everyone was praising it for such a massive listing gain.
I think since your mission is to provide right information to your users, instead of listing price, closing price should be the benchmark to show the correct picture. This would help many investors to not fall in the trap of SME IPOs and instead invest in quality companies. You may also want to provide this additionally if you still feel that the listing price also has its own role to play.
