Yug Decor Limited was established in June 2003, The company was established in 2003, previously the company was engaged in pure trading of laminates and plywood. In 2006, our company acquired the water based adhesives manufacturing unit (Unit I) of Karan Adhesives Private Limited for Rs. 18.56 Lakh and started manufacturing rubber solutions and adhesives. As a result, The Company's turnover has more than doubled to Rs. 391.69 Lakh and our PBDT to Rs. 6.56 Lakh and net profit after tax has increased to Rs. 1.50 Lakh i.e. by 73.2%.
The Company has acquired the factory premises on lease basis from Pranam Polyurethane India Pvt Ltd -Unit II at 734/3, Opp. Nilkanth Hotel, Rakanpur, Tal: Kalol, Dist: Gandhinagar-382 721, where the Company commenced production of solvent based adhesives and started exporting PVA based adhesives to Ethiopia (INR 5.01 Lacs).
During the year 2013-16, new products were added to the production basket, namely Lai (starch based solution), Surface Coating: Melamyne and Magic Touch, Coatings: Distemper, Cement Primer/Wall Primer, Emulsion, Enamel including Automotive Paints. The company has recorded robust growth over the last five financial years. The breakdown of income from production, export promotion/services and other income as well as the improvement in sales and earnings are explained below.
