Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited IPO is a Mainline IPO of Rs. 1,107 crores. It is a 100% book-built issue IPO that price band is set at Rs. 303 - Rs. 306 per equity share. Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited is a leading integrated metal producing company based in India which manufactures long steel products and ferro alloys. It is the largest producer of ferro alloys domestically and the fourth-largest player in the sponge iron industry in terms of our annual installed capacity. It has three manufacturing plants, one in Odisha and two in West Bengal. Their product offerings cater to a mix of customers which consist of institutional customers and end consumers through the distribution network. Furthermore, their Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) and structural products are sold under the brand “SEL”. It also undertakes conversion of hot rolled coils to pipes, chrome ore to ferro chrome, and manganese ore to silicon manganese for an Indian steel conglomerate.
