What are the requirements for activating a commodity account with ICICI direct?

If you want to activate a commodity account with ICICI direct, you should fulfil the following requirements:

Your ICICI bank account is linked with ICICI direct for more than 6 month.
If you do not have ICICI bank account and it is linked with other bank account, you must have more than Rs 5000 in ICICI demat account.
Now you have to accept the terms and conditions for commodity trading.

Once your details are verified by MCX, the commodity trading activation process is complete.
