Once you get the allotment and shares credited to your ICICI direct demat account. Then they are ready for trading in the secondary market. You can buy/sell more shares. So if you want to sell the IPO shares, do the following:

Log in to ICICI direct.
Go to the portfolio and select the share you want to sell.
Now set the selling price and quantity of this share.
Click on the Sell button to place your order.
Your order will be placed successfully and you can check it in the order book.
