If you are no more engaged in trading and investing, not satisfied with ProStocks services, or looking to open an account with a different broker then you can close your trading and demat account with Prostocks. You can close your ProStocks account offline by sending a duly filled account closure form to the broker. You can download the ProStocks trading and demat account closure form from the broker’s website.
Once the broker receives the closure request, a customer service representative will call you for confirmation and close your account. At the time you chose to close your account in ProStocks, Rs 1000 refundable demat AMC will be credited back to the linked bank account.
