How to close Fyers Account?

If you have opened Demat and trading account with another broker or no more engaged in trading activities, then you should consider the permanent closure of Fyers account. Although Fyers offers a Zero AMC trading account but charges Rs. 300 Demat AMC, thus, closing Fyers account will save the chargeable demat AMC fee. The broker doesn't allow an online account closure process and facilitates an only offline process to close Fyers trading and demat account.

Steps to close Fyers Account;

  1. Visit the Fyers official website.
  2. Under the “Support” tab, click on the “Downloads” option.
  3. Here, both the Fyers Trading Account Closure Form and FyersDemat Account Closure Form will be available.
  4. Download and print the relevant form or both.
  5. Fill the form, sign it, and send it to the Fyers Securities Bangalore Head office.

Important points before account closure

  • Clear all pending dues.
  • Transfer Fyers trading account balance to your bank account.
  • Sell/encash your holdings or transfer them to another demat account.

Struggling to close account in fyers, disappointed with customers service. Very bad , after opening account they not reply your query and not give solution. They reply only one word. "EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING FROM HOME." Struggling to close account from last 9 months still not closed. Very bad service.

Their is no way to close account after opening. They replied employees work from home so not possible to close account. However they deducting demat quarterly charges in advance from first day of account opening and will continue to charging amount without using their service in the name of work from home.
