The MYGTD order feature in Espresso is an instruction given to the broker to place a Buy or sell limit order as per the client’s specification till the validity date, can be extended upto maximum 30 days. Thus, the order authorizes Espresso to place the GTD order daily till the order for full quantity is executed until the expiry date. The GTD feature allows customer to specify the number of days till what they want the order to get executed at the target price. If at the end of a trading day, your GTD order partially remains unexecuted nut not cancelled or rejected then at the end of the day, Espresso team will place overnight orders on customer’s behalf at the same limit price for the unexecuted quantity during the aftermarket hours.
