No, Alice Blue is a CDSL Depository participant and earlier, it was mandatory to send POA to the broker to open Alice Blue Account. However, with the introduction e-DIS (Electronic Delivery Instruction Slip) by CDSL, now the customers don’t have to send POA as now, they just need to the enter TPIN to debit shares from their Alice Blue Demat Account.
