Yes, you can open Fyers demat account without POA (Power of Attorney). Earlier, the demat POA was required to debit or sell shares from the Fyers demat account means for delivery trading but now, post-E-DIS mechanism by CDSL, customers can digitally authorize the DP to debit shares directly without a physical POA.
