Pathetic as far as the brokerage is concerned. In F and O, they over the complete day) and the brokerage was almost Rs 3000 whereas it would have been max Rs 200 with others.
Exorbitant brokerage especially in F and O. Their customer care on "what ss up" ( I am not supposed to type the app name here. Hope evreyone understood what I meant) response is pathetic. Its as good as no response.

This is one of the most pathetic app you can ever imagine. The interface is crappy. The app crashes every now and then. Worst being that I have experienced in most of the times, you will only see 2-3 stocks out of the say 10-15 stocks you hold displayed on your portfolio. T The tech says just go ahead and keep refreshing. The customer care sucks, the responses are always delayed. The app doesn''t allow you to place SL post or pre hour market. The balances keep changing Demat vs Geojit. Constant bank account linking issues. Please please check on the brokerage, tax, cess, etc). I would strongly recommend an alternative platform for sure. Sometimes the orders dont get executed coz of the issues. You are forced to logoff, refresh time, and again thus either landing up with a huge loss or reduced profits. I have seen customers, including me who initially invested in stocks with a long term horizon, who are stuck with profits in one hand and having to face the app issues. They have to close all their accounts in order to move to a different platform.
I would absolutely discourage anybody and everybody to opt for Geojit, out of all the brokers. It would rather be advisable to give up your trading dreams and profits if you don''t see any other platforms valuable enough. It is important not to be biased. Please use the utmost care before signing up with Geojit.

This broker purchases stocks at highest rates, when the market rates are not even near to that. Last week they purchased RL shares for me at Rs.2320, which is way too high at this moment, 2177 being the highest value so far. Their brokerage is high. Their annual charges are high. The website and selfie app are utter failures. Too confusing, and not at all user friendly. This broker''s way of working is not quite transparent.

Taking brokerage more than shown in your site in option trading. Rs. 100 minimum and 2% for buying and 1.5 % for selling. Taking this for the last one year. Besides gst for brokerage also taken even though brokerage including gst is Rs. 75 per lot. My trading account is TRJ 491
