SAR Televenture Limited was established in 2019 with the aim of providing telecommunication solutions to telecom network operators. The company is engaged in the installation and commissioning of 4G and 5G towers, fibre optic cable (“OFC”) systems, and network equipment trading.
The Company is registered with the Department of Telecommunication (DOT) as a Category I (IP-I) infrastructure provider, which allows it to lease its own sites, i.e., GBT/RTT/pole sites and Out Door Small Cell (ODSC), and to construct and maintain facilities such as dark fibre, rights-of-way, ducts, and towers for lease, rental, or sale to telecommunications service licensees. In addition, the Company provides support services such as project management for laying ducts and fibre, construction of basic transmission and telecommunication facilities, leasing of dark fibre, construction of fibre networks, maintenance of ducts and fibre, and turnkey fibre project services to various telecommunication network and broadband service operators and Internet service providers in Maharashtra.
The Company is a provider of passive telecommunications infrastructure in India and is principally engaged in the installation and commissioning of telecommunications towers in India. “Passive infrastructure” refers to telecommunication towers used for wireless telecommunication services, and optical fibre cables (OFC) are used to house and support the operation of active infrastructure used to transmit telecommunication signals or transport voice and data traffic. The company has established itself in the industry as a telecommunications service provider (TSP) with its high-quality, cost-effective and timely services. The company has leased a total of 373 towers in various areas of West Bengal, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab.
