K2 Infragen Limited was founded in March 2015. The company is an integrated engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) company specialising in power engineering and project development with experience of designing and constructing various projects in eight states of India, namely Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Haryana, Gujarat, Punjab and Delhi.
The company offers services to its clients across the value chain, from design, procurement, construction supervision, subcontract and work order management to post-construction activities.
The company has teams for planning and engineering, procurement, project management and quality management as well as a fleet of 15 construction machines and vehicles. Projects are largely handled by internal teams from planning to completion. This reduces reliance on third parties for key materials such as aggregates and bitumen, as well as services such as planning and engineering, transportation and logistics required for the development and construction of their projects.
The company holds various contractor approvals with various government departments and agencies, e.g. Public Works Department, Rajasthan (Class AA), Public Works Department, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal (Class AA), which also makes it eligible to participate in and execute projects awarded by various other government departments and agencies.
