Can we delete Upstox account?

Yes, you can close/delete your Upstox account. There are no charges involved in closing your Upstox account. The account can be closed only offline free of cost. Upstox account can be closed easily by submitting the account closure form to the company. The form is available for download on the Upstox website. It cannot be closed online or by contacting customer service.</p>

Before requesting to close your account, kindly look for the conditions below.

You should not have any equity or mutual fund holdings in your account. If you have any, sell them off before filling out the application.
You shouldn’t have any outstanding negative balances or dues in your account.
When applying for an account closure request, you shouldn’t have open trade positions.
