They do not do what they commit the customer,at time of opening account they had given me the word for rs 16 per lot in options segment for online order but neither they had their word nor they care for customer as my account is transferred from aurangabad city to pune & currently charged for rs 48 per lot after having heavy turnover 5-6 lakhs in a month they just make their profit in brokerage they do not have customer value i am exiting from angel & let you know that they are cheaters just making fools no customer service nothing.
I had an account with ICICIDirect they were really expensive and not upto the mark when it comes to the services and guidance.
And now I am researching about angel broking they seem to be a reliable broker with not so cheap plans. I believe they will be good in terms to services.
I have a volume of 3-6 lacs in one day and at times I make more than 10 to 20 transactions in a day therefore I cannot go for per trade brokerage plans.
I heard they If I withdraw amount within one month-how much i need to pay) although de-mat is free of cost. Is it right? If so please let me know.
