1. The rate is not quoted on real time basis. 2. There is no levereage provided in all segments. 3. Bracket and cover order is not working in Index segment. 4. In ledger there is minimum balance to be maintained.

Never ever get trapped in 5paisa trap. Very poor service even if you are a premium member. They will call you thousand times for selling their useless service once you get trapped they will ignore you like anything. You won't be able to trade as you like. Lots of hidden charges. No support at all. You will loose your money and they wont even address your concerns. There is no telephonic support at all they will ask you to send email and when you send email few days later you will receive an email stating that your issue is resolved and case closed. Nothing would be done. You will get only frustration and disappointment.
Stay away from these thieves.

Worst experience. They charged me for the service i didnt even subscribed. When asked to refund, they didnt even care to respond, i had to close the account to come out of they clutches. Do not recommend 5paisa to anyone. They are bunch of cheaters

5 Paisa is a big fraud guys, can you just imagine, I transferred 1.25 lakhs from my ICICI Bank net banking on 22nd Oct 2019 , but this amount never got credited to my trading account. Big mental harassment they gave. I spoke to my ICICI Bank and they confirmed that amount has been transferred to 5Paisa account same time but still 5 Paisa team has not credited to my trading account. Spoke to their support 20 times, multiple mails sent to them but no reply. Whenever I call, they say "wait" our fund department will revert which they never did. I am super frustrated now and thinking to take legal action against them. Any of you have similar experience with them , please revert to me if so...
