Hi My name is Shailesh, I am an Indian Nationality, residing in UAE, NRE. I would like to know the process of Demat account,trading account and the charges for FNO shares trading as well Equity trading for Delivery.
Customer Service is pathetic. When dealing with financial matters, delayed response from any firm cannot be tolerated. Ordinary people are worried about their hard earned money and financial institutions need to be more empathetic while dealing such situations

I have trading account with Sharekhan, Nirmal Bang and Geojit. Geojit has worst customer support. Its been about a 1.5yrs since I am trying to link a new bank account with Geojit and make it a default one. But it still has not been updated. They add the bank account but does not change the default bank account. All my dividends are addressed to the old bank account which no longer exist. I have submitted the bank update forms 3 times but still no use. Every time when I contact they ask me to submit the bank update form along with a cancelled cheque. But the account does not get updated. Anyways I am planning to close my account as I am fed up and no longer trade with the Geojit account.
