I''m extensively using Zerodha kite web application for Intraday trading from last one month. UI is very user friendly. But not satisfied with the performance of the app. It sometimes freezes when I actually needs to put a trade and un-freezes after couple of seconds. And in critical situations when I need to put or modify order it says server error, even after having 15MBPS Speed of internet connection. And sometimes if I want to change the SL, even after submitting the modified order it will not be updated immediately and whenever I tried to modify the SL, I always incurred a loss. I lost almost 1 lakh within 1 month due to this stupid app poor performance. Sometimes even the desired prices reaches also the order will not be executed and market actually reaches my target as well but my order will be in pending only. When we give a call to customer care always I got some other reason. Personally I''ve seen lot of issues with the web app. Even after that it got good ratings, which I don''t understand at all.

It has been a week that I paid account opening charges and have not had my documents collected. On mailing Trisha B, from Mumbai, She advised that a pickup will be done, the next day am informed that pickup was marked as completed. However, 6 days on no pickup of documents is done, also Trisha B is unreachable on mobile and prefers not to mail but call back. What kind of customer support is this? Where I am told to be present at home so that document verification can be done. Wastage of time and money. Better pay more to a local broker and get things moved quickly.
