i have demate account in kotak securities. it charge is very high and hedden charge you donot know when apply. its employee are very rude behavious.i want to chanege my demat account. it s bill is to lage you cant print your computer.you have to print in cybercafe they take charges for one copy Rs 4. and in kotak securities you want physical bill you have to pay 21Rs per bill. it is very costly.
Kotak banking is good, but there are Many issues with Kotak securities customer Service, never got my issue resolved, one of the Worst service - KS will not be successful in long run - New Customers AVOID ! AVOID! kotak Securities.

Brokerage is Rs 21 minimum per trade why to be a full-service broker then become a discount broker, the website is useless mutual fund page does not work and IPO page is damn complex, studying transaction is also a very mean task.

These ppl are not transferring money properly from treading account to bank account and the money are not either in treading account or in bank for days thern they are saying that this is the governments order. the Service is very poor. if u are high value treader then avoid this ppl
Worst trading/investing experience. Horrible tips from dealer- like gambling, in which you lose money. Very high A/c opening charge Rs 750. Misrepresentation of brokerage details. While opening a/c they tell client that it is 39 paise a trade ( which is actually for intra-day, not delivery) after initial deposit of 1 lac, so one thinks it is for all trades. Confusing for beginners. Also, contracts are in WinZip format which is not compatible with all browsers, so if physical copies are requested ,they should be free becafault lies from their end) Delayed customer service responses. Closed a/c after 2 months of operation, & frustration.
Horrible staff. Had a dealer who made me gamble with wrong tip, & lose money . Also called at 9pm to advise me not to buy stocks directly from platform but through her. Also, their contract notes are in WINZIP format which is not compatible with Apple Safari browser-Macbook , so Kotak So basically one should buy an Internet Explorer laptop/computer-sic) Just DID NOT know any mail being sent becaI couldn''''t open the files. DISTURBING !! Also, Kotak tips) offering of Kotak''''s which one is given at the time of opening the a/c. Overall extremely high prices & thoroughly HORRIBLE experience.

Donot open offline account in KOTAK Securities, they are traded more inintraday and delivery on behalf of you to generate there brokerage totally they are focus on there target revenue, there agent research is very worst, In total it is a bad deal.
