The company follows a smart retail collection administrative programme to recover overdue payments on delinquent accounts for various financial products and services such as personal loans, credit cards, loans against securities, SME loans, 2-wheeler loans, gold loans, business loans, and others. It has a well-equipped call center with 64 workstations to take continuous follow-up from customers for the overdue payment.
