The Sovereign Gold Bonds 2019-20-Series-IX opens on Monday and the issue price has been fixed at ₹4070 per gram.
The Sovereign Gold Bonds 2019-20-Series-IX (SGB 2019-20 Series 9), issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on behalf of the government, will be open for subscription from 3rd Feb 2020 to 7th Feb 2020. The Bonds will be issued on the 11th Feb 2020. The issue price is ₹4070 per gram of gold. Special discount of ₹50 per gram for the investors applying online and the payment against the application is made through digital mode. For such investors, the issue price of the gold bond will be ₹4020 per gram of gold. Assured return of 2.50% PA payable half yearly on4070/gm.
Retail Investor can invest Minimum 1 GM and Maximum 4 Kg. The 4Kg limit is per financial year. The Maximum limit of HUF is 4 Kg, Trusts and similar entities is 20 Kg.
