NXTDIGITAL Ltd is an established digital content distribution company in India that is engaged in delivering digital content via cable networks and the Headend In The Sky (HITS) platform.
The business follows a B2B2C business model wherein it primarily structure relationship with Local Cable Operators (LCOs) that will contact subscribers in the relevant local area. Its primary source of income is Subscription income, placement income, and incentives received from broadcasters. As of Sept 30, 2021, the business is having a PAN-India network of more than 10,000 LCOs across India and is connected to over 56 Lakh subscribers to whom the company offers 600 channels on the cable platform and 700 channels on the HITS platform.
