Shriram Properties, a part of Shriram Group, is one of the leading residential real estate development companies in South India, primarily focused on the mid-market and affordable housing categories. The company also operates in the mid-market premium and luxury housing categories as well as commercial and office space categories. The business started its operations in Bengaluru and over the period expanded its presence in Chennai, Coimbatore, Vishakhapatnam, and Kolkata.
As of September 30, 2021, the company has successfully completed 29 projects representing 16.76 million square feet and has 35 ongoing projects aggregating to 46.72 million sq. ft. It is among the top six players in terms of new launches of residential projects in the core market of Bengaluru.
