Keystone Realtors is one of the prominent real estate developers in India with a market share of 28% in Khar, 23% market in Juhu, 11% in Bandra East, 14% in Virar, 3% in Thane, and 5% in Bhandup. The company offers a comprehensive range of affordable, middle, premium, and super-premium projects.
As of March 31, 2022, the company has developed 20.05 million sq ft of high-value and affordable projects including landmarks, townships, parks, retail spaces, premium gated estates, schools, etc. It has completed 32 projects, 12 projects are ongoing and 19 are upcoming projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
It completes all the projects under "Rustomjee brand" including Rustomjee Paramount, Rustomjee Element, Rustomjee Seasons, Rustomjee Crown, and many others.
