Aptus Value Housing Finance is among one of the largest housing finance companies in South India in terms of a total AUM of Rs. 37,909.31 million as of Dec 31, 2020, as per the CRISIL report. The company is a retail-focused housing finance firm that majorly provides housing loans to retail means low and middle-income level customers.
The company has a very strong market presence in the rural and semi-urban markets where it provides home loans to retail customers for varied purposes such as buy homes, construct residential property, home extension, and improvement, etc. It further serves customers with loans against property and business loans. It generates the majority of AUM from the home loan category where for the period ending on Dec 31, 2020, 51.76% AUM was driven from the particular segment.
