Why FnO traders need to submit Financial Statement for Annual Compliance?
As per compliance by SEBI, the broker needs to update client's financial information every year. This is only required for clients trading in Futures and Options. The client needs to submit any document from the list below.
Bank Account statement/passbook for last six months.
Copy of ITR Acknowledgement of the current Assessment year.
Copy of Demat Account Holding Statement.
Last three months salary slips.
Copy of Form-16 in case of salary income.
Copy of Annual Accounts.
Net worth Certificate.
Any of the above document can be submitted online on back-office software or email to support team.
