I am already opened upstox account but 3months ago but when this facility not available but diwali offer 3in 1acount opening process is starting. But when I login otp not coming

Am trying to open an upstox 3 in 1 account for the last 6 days.I am stuck as I have to give bank details. But the fact is I am just opening the Account and have no No. to furnish.No help or assistance is coming forth from Upstox team or agents even after repeated calls. Either the agents don''t pick up or just say send an email. I am very disappointed with this noncooperation. Can u now help me open an account? Or do I try some other broker?
