5paisa discount brokerage firm provides account deactivation services. The key benefit of deactivating your account is that no AMC charges will be levied during such period.

To deactivate your account, follow these process;

Go to the broker’s website.
From the “Download” section, download the Account Freeze/Unfreeze Request Form.
Enter details such as account holders name, enter freeze activation date and its expiry date, and freeze type whether for debit or credit or both, etc.
Get the document signed by all the account holders.
Send the duly filled form to the broker.

According to the Freeze expiry date provided in the form, your 5paisa account will be unfreezed or reactivated.
