You need to fill the Account Closure Form provided by the broker and post it to the nearest branch. Once the form reaches the broker, you will get a call or SMS for confirmation of closure.
For any beneficiary account, you can fill the Account Closure Request form by CDSL & NSDL with all required information and submit it to your nearest branch.
