Sir, Looks like you have access to the only trading account in equity. To start trading in commodity with Zerodha, as you are an existing customer, you need to submit a new request.
Please download the ''Commodity trading'' form, print it, fill it and sign it. Along with that, you'll have to send us your proof of income.
Anyone of the below documents will suffice as income proof:
I m from ichalkaranji. I had open new account but i forgot both log in id n password of my account. Yet I had did not done any transaction due to this. Also getting no any idea from mail received from zerodha.
I tried many times to contact support team can''t connect them.
