As per current ration, for retail customer its 8.97%, so approx 8 shares are going to be approved. This number is when all retails investor participate in Buyback, but that is not the case, I personally assume between 18 to 25 shares are going to be accepted.

Market cap of company is over 2400 crores. But buyback amount is only 70 crore. So overall less than 3% of shares will be bought back. Retail has 15% reservation but retail holding at about 19%. So retail entitlementis also 3% here.
