I am trying to open up the account for past 3 weeks but the same is not happening due to poor customer service support.... everytime I was told that technical people will get back but none called....and they have also deducted the charges for opening the account...very much unsatisfied...

NO customer support, very rude answers given by executives over the phone. NO refund for any transaction once done. NOT AT ALL paperless or seamless account opening. Even after e-signing( ADHAAR CARD) the documents asks for KRA to open DMAT and TRADING account, so DO NOT BELIEVE that only PAN card and ADHAAR card is sufficient for opening account with them. So much hassle to open account. You have to follow up continuously with them. Not recommended at all. And FYI account opening DMAT and TRADING) to be paid before even you start application form fill up process. So it seems they only want your money. Remember you will not get your money back at any cost even if they fail to open account for you. So you loose your money and time and no account in your hand.
