Such Brokers shall be refrained by NSE and BSE. They are engaged in planned frauds (illegal things in legal way) with small investors by improper communications about the charges and deductions. My advice to all small investors to shift their account to some brokers who have histories of non deducting money without your prior knowledge otherwise brokers like 5Paisa will eat your hard earned money in no time. You must keep on watching your ledgers as what charges they are posting every week. They have support for name shake and keep on confusing the investors. Better leave them or such brokers will leave you after eating up all monies in your accounts. Their owners has trained their staff to cheat well, eat customers money and than tender apology and then run away.

They Give Advisory Everyday Through SMS And By Application Notification As Well. And The Application They Designed Is Perfect. It Is Like They Have Each And Everything In It.

5paisa is not offering NRI service, for NRI service you can contact IIFL (Parent company of 5paisa).
If anybody trying to find out 5 paisa service standards, then just check the underneath crisp proceedings I encountered and decide self.
12th Dec : Opened 5 paisa account 18th Dec : Requested for physical CML with stamp 18th Dec : Received ack from 5 paisa promising to deliver in 3-4 days 29th Dec : Followed up for the copy as it was not received 29th Dec : 5 paisa responded confirming it is already dispatched 29th Dec : Same day I asked for docket details if already sent 31st Dec : 5 paisa responded asking to give little time to investigate 2nd Jan, 19 : Followed up - - with no response 2nd Jan, 19 : Raised a complaint for CML - ticket no: 1775965 5th Jan, 19 : Raised another complaint for CML - ticket no: 1789302 7th Jan, 19 : Spoke to customer care executives: Rohan, Sarju Kumar, Kushbu for 47 minutes, but nothing materialized.
The most awful part is none of the customer care executives could guide me to apt authority who could resolve such a small facet pending since 4 weeks.
I intended moving all my prevailing stocks to 5 paisa thinking it is a professional platform. But, looking at the proceedings, I don't think deciding what to do require any Birbal's brain.
If 5 paisa is determined to provide good service, then they should take this criticism severe and ensure I stay back with them. I will wait till 15th Jan, 19 and apprise all of you.
