The worst service. Donot open account in tradeplusonline, it will be just wastage of time. I have an account with tradeplusonline. Their customer service is very worst. I want to activate their MTF (Margin Trading ) facility for last one week. I have followed all the steps to activate the MTF facility but still even after 1 week the MTF account has not activated. I am calling them since last one week on their customer care no. (044-49427576 / 044-28214171) . These numbers are just telling in auto mode i.e. in IVRS mode that press this no like 1,2,3, to get your issues resolved. Once you press this extension numbers the phone gets automatically disconnected. On giving a negative review on their feedback page one of their customer relation officer or someone else called me and told me that Sir we will resolve the issue and will arrange a call to sort your issue and to activate MTF facility in your account, but even after more than 4-5 days no one has called me back to resolve the issue. So don''t open a trading account with tradeplusonline. It is just a waste of time and source of frustration.
The customer service is the worst and closely followed by undue delays in order placement. The best part of the company is its 117 rupee per month unlimited options trading. But that is all to it. They have too many hidden charges and you need to raise a complaint with NSE for resolution even if the amount is apparently and obviously debited incorrectly. You can write to them and know more about this by sending them an email to their support team. I suggest everyone to stay away from this except if you are looking for investment. But beware their PoA is something I have never seen with zerodha, tradesmartonline, icicidirect, upstox.

Except the brokerage, everything else is a waste. Indeed the delay in order placement can result in huge losses or wipe out your profits if you are lucky to guard your capital.
This is one of the worst companies you can ever come across. The pricing system onwards till their customer support, everything with them is a mess. THE ONLY GREAT THING ABOUT THEM IS THE 99 RUPEES UNLIMITED TRADING IN OPTIONS. If you trade in options it is a great feature not offered by others. But then you have to compromise on many factors from delay in the alert prompting us to place order to the time it takes to place the order. This lag can vary from a minimum of 10 seconds to 30-40 seconds. If you trade in options, you know how important are those few seconds. But the nightmare is that they have a very different poa and they use to take control of our holdings without us pledging them. They offer margin based on the holdings (after haircut) and show it as net cash giving us the impression that we have that much amount of cash! However they will charge interest at a rate they can determine on their own! Don''t take my words for truth. Please send them an email on any issue and you will understand it is as good as throwing something into a blackhole.
