The Sovereign Gold Bonds 2019-20-Series-VII opens on Monday and the issue price has been fixed at ₹3795 per gram.
The Sovereign Gold Bonds 2019-20-Series-VII (SGB 2019-20 Series 7), issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on behalf of the government, will be open for subscription from 2nd Dec 2019 to 6th Dec 2019. The Bonds will be issued on the 10th Dec 2019. The issue price is ₹3795 per gram of gold. Special discount of ₹50 per gram for the investors applying online and the payment against the application is made through digital mode. For such investors, the issue price of the gold bond will be ₹3745 per gram of gold. Assured return of 2.50% PA payable half yearly on3795/gm.
Retail Investor can invest Minimum 1 GM and Maximum 4 Kg. The 4Kg limit is per financial year. The Maximum limit of HUF is 4 Kg, Trusts and similar entities is 20 Kg.
