The pledge is a process where you put your holding (NSE Approves Securities and Mutual Funds) as collateral and get a margin against that.
Process of Pledging with Fyers is completely online. You need to log in to the Fyers Pledge portal and request a pledge. Once you request, you need to approve the process on the CDSL website with OTP. After OTP approval CDSL will take 10 mins to approve the request. The pledge margin will be credited to your trading on the next working day.
With a similar online process you can unpledged your holdings. This process also takes one working day to reverse your holding in your demat account.
